Samson Leather

We live in a disposable society, that’s becoming faster every moment. We eat artificial fast food, wear mass-produced clothing made of artifical synthetics, work in offices bright with artifical lights, take fast relief instant pain medication, and the world is constantly in a whirl, wondering what can be done to make it all  even faster. We’ve almost forgotten what it is to truly breathe.

Living in the midst of this continual rush, a young leather craftsman and his wife believed that there had to be better way, and so Samson Leather was born. Right from the start, Samson Leather began creating leather products using only all natural, unprocessed materials. The speed and the quantity of items produced at the beginning did not matter. The quality did. 

In stark contrast to even the most expensive producers of branded leather goods – that use industrial machinery overseas to churn out thousands of items per day on a long conveyer belt – Samson Leather committed to only using real people, no machinery. Thus, the art of handcrafting and hand stitching leatherwork began to be resurrected right here in Sydney, Australia.
